My Proof
When I walk out on to the beach,
And watch the waves roll in,
And hear their thunderous roar...
And watch the sun,
Sink slowly into the vastness of the sea,
I have no doubt...
That God created this,
In his infinite love for me.
I feel his power holding,
The waters in his hands.
Making sure the waves,
Keep their boundaries,
Giving me protection
And safety of the land.
I know with in my heart
He looked down from upon high,
With me in mind
When he created the beauty of the sky...
With the moon so bright
And stars sprinkled all around.
When I see the miracle of my tiny, little seeds,
Shoot up from the ground.
So fragile, and spindly at first...
But soon with sun and gentle rain,
A beautiful flower unfolds.
With colors so intense,
No greater artist could control.
To watch a mama bird,
So skillfully build her nest.
A quiet, hidden place...
Where they can grow in safety,
And take their needed rest.
When I walk bare feet
Across the forest floor,
I know God's presence
Is here for ever more.
Scientifically speaking...
Man has learned a lot.
But with out God's Holy Spirit,
I wonder what we've got?
The spirit of man,
Is the candle of the Lord,
Searching all the inward parts.
God is the presence of love
Deep within our hearts.
How can we doubt so great a love.
His wondrous power...
Sent straight from heaven above.
Next time you walk out,
And see an eagle soar,
Remember our great creator,
Has given so much more.
