Praying for Leaders

For kings, and for all that are in authority: that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.------ 1 Timothy 2:2
Every day our national leaders make decisions that affect all of us. The same is true of our governors, state representatives, and other civil servants, Some times we do not agree with their opinion, or what they consider is " right or correct", but think about this do we pray for them?
We evaluate the work of many person who are in authority, judges , board members , councils and even our " President." Such judgement is only a part of our responsibility toward those in authority. But we also must pray for them--- for their guidance, stability, character, and well-being, and for the welfare of the people whom they serve.
Now is our time to make a very, very important decision for the future of our children, grand children, and the fate and direction of our world as we know it.
Pray before you vote, Pray that your will may be in harmony with HIS will.
