Can we be real for a moment? Isn’t it amazing that most of the time we are left bewildered and confused about this Christian life? I don’t know about you but following the Lord has more times than not thrown me for a loop. I get that we as Christians are to be loving and kind, growing in grace, forgiving, generous and full of faith, but on any given day, faced with any given circumstance sometimes I am tempted to go the other way. -
When....
Sometimes in our lives we are like Peter, full of zeal and enthusiasm as we leap on the mountaintops proclaiming the name of Jesus, we cast out demons, we heal the sick, we love our brothers and then in the next chapter of our life, as soon as the page turns we find ourselves in the midst of adversity, blindsided by fear and the faith we so boldly proclaimed has turned into a distant faint whisper, or even just a mere thought that never escapes our lips.
